Jutsu

• E-rank: The lowest rank of jutsu. These lowly ranked type of techniques are taught at the Academy, thus every ninja knows them regardless of their specialty. Any other custom E-ranked techniques can’t do much damage nor bring much aid. Weapons and equipment of this rank are very basic and don’t contain any special attributes; some being even below average quality. An example of a E-ranked technique would be Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique).

• D-rank: The second lowest rank of jutsu. These type of techniques are frequent partakers in a Genin’s arsenal. Techniques of this rank usually do a small amount of damage or slightly less than average aid, so don’t expect a bone-breaking attack or ultimate health boost. Weapons and equipment of this rank are basic and have very little special attributes; nothing chakra conductive however. An example of a D-ranked technique would be Act of Water Surface Walking.

• C-rank: The average rank of jutsu. These type of techniques are also frequent partakers in a Genin’s arsenal and take up a large amount of a Chūnin's. Techniques of this rank usually do an average amount of damage or moderate aid. Weapons and equipment of this rank are efficient but still hold nothing chakra conductive. An example of a C-ranked technique would be Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique).

• B-rank: The above average rank of jutsu. These types of techniques are frequent partakers in a Chūnin's arsenal and take up a large amount of a Jōnin's. Techniques of this rank do about an above average amount of damage and a good amount of aid, so bone-breaking techniques and even bone-healing techniques are a possibility. Weapons and equipment of this rank are above efficient and hold chakra conductive abilities along with various things alike. An example of a B-ranked technique would be Doku Kiri (Poison Mist).

• A-rank: The elite rank of jutsu. These types of techniques are frequent partakers in a Jōnin's arsenal and take up a large amount of a Kage’s. Techniques of this rank are capable of killing an opponent or healing a fatal injury. Weapons and equipment of this rank are elite and hold chakra conductive abilities along with various things alike. An example of a A-ranked technique would be Chidori (Thousand Birds).

• S-rank: The highest rank of jutsu. These types of techniques are forbidden and only known to extremely skilled Jōnin's, Kage's and the wickedest of missing ninja/organizations. Techniques of this rank are capable of killing, causing a large radius of destruction within an area, and even bringing the dead back to life. Weapons and equipment of this rank are beyond elite and hold seemingly unbelievable chakra conductive abilities along with various astounding things alike. An example of a S-ranked technique would be Edo Tensei (Resurrection to the Impure World).

• Close (0 - 5m): These techniques are close range; anywhere between a single inch up to five meters. Almost all taijutsu moves are of this range.

• Mid (5m - 10m): These techniques are mid range; anywhere between five meters to ten meters.

• Long (10m-15m): These techniques are long range; anywhere from ten to fifteen meters. Almost all puppeteers are of this range.

• Far (15m+): These techniques are far range; anywhere above fifteen meters. Anything in this range should dictate the full range of the technique, as this range is heavily moderated.

Although the honor system has served as a base for many players in terms of how to gauge an event and the usage of chakra behind their creations, heated situations required a more detailed, technical system. As such, we present to you the consumption system!

As its name implies, the consumption system helps the players understand how their jutsu is costing them chakra wise by given them a general idea of what the jutsu costs in the first place. This, coupled with modifications found in their Main Types and Base Rank helps establish what kind of chakra potential a user can have.

Chakra consumption can be classified as follows:
Low: This is the lowest chakra consumption. These jutsu are very simple in execution, and as such are very easy to repeat.

Mid: Although not the easiest, these techniques are still light in terms of chakra consumption. Slightly more complex, the execution of these types of techniques is still simple enough for them to be repeated more than once without consequence on the use.

High: These are the more serious techniques. These jutsu have high chakra consumption levels because they tend to deliver destructive results, and are stronger than most. Of the harder jutsu to execute and master, the usage of these types of techniques is quite complex and as such, should be used sparingly .

Massive: As its name implies, these techniques are ridiculous in consumption, and as such, are usually one-shots that tend to not be repeated more than once a thread. Because they require so much energy, they also possess ridiculous power. Although these techniques tend to range in rank depending on circumstance, because of their taxing consumption these techniques usually wind up being forbidden or special for that very reason.
With this in mind, the levels of consumption are relative to each other and directly effect the next level above or below them. As of now, your chakra can be measured as such: two lows are equivalent to one mid; four mids are equivalent to one high; four highs are equivalent to one massive.

Numerically speaking, it would look like this: 32 lows = 16 mids = 4 highs = 1 massive for someone with 4 stats being a Benin level. Chakra grows as your chakra/stamina dose.

This means that if you used 32 lows in a fight, you would effectively be out of chakra (being as how 32 lows equates to 16 mids and so on and so forth). If you used four highs, you would be out of chakra as well.

This simple, but effective, system will allow you and staff to actively monitor your chakra during battles and events. Every player has access to one massive worth of chakra at any given time.

The Amount of jutsu shinobi can have is based on his/her intelligence stat .
